This Shipping Policy applies to all purchases made through Worksite Essentials (“we”, “us”, “our”) and forms part of our Terms of Service.
By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms set out below.
1. Delivery Locations
We currently deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom (UK), including England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland.
We do not currently offer international shipping.
2. Order Processing Times
- Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days once payment has been received.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
- During busy periods (such as holidays or sale events), dispatch times may take slightly longer.
You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Factors outside our control (such as courier delays, weather, or strikes) may occasionally affect delivery times.
4. Delivery Charges
- Standard Delivery: £3.55 per order. (Up to 2kg)
- Heavy item delivery charge: £7.05 per order (2kg - 5kg)

Heavy item delivery charge: £11.30 per order (5kg - 20kg)
Delivery charges will be calculated automatically at checkout.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking number and carrier details (if applicable).
Tracking links can be used to monitor the progress of your delivery.
6. Delivery Issues
If your parcel has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe:
- Please check your tracking information first.
- If no update is available, please contact us at worksiteessentials@gmail.com with your order number.
We will investigate the matter with the courier and provide a replacement or refund once the issue is confirmed.
7. Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery
Please ensure that all shipping information entered at checkout is accurate and complete.
We cannot be held responsible for delays or non-delivery resulting from incorrect address details provided by the customer.
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failure to collect from a delivery depot:
- We can re-send the parcel (subject to payment of a re-delivery charge), or
- Issue a refund excluding the original delivery cost.
8. Damaged or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged or with missing items, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery at worksiteessentials@gmail.com
Include your order number and, if possible, photos of the packaging and items received.
We will assess the issue and arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
9. Split Shipments
Orders containing multiple items may be shipped separately depending on stock availability.
You will be notified if your order is dispatched in multiple parcels.
